Copyright Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed on our platform. We will investigate notices of alleged infringement and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material.
DMCA Notice Requirements
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material that is to be removed; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. A valid counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or whose content has been removed more than twice.
